recycle equals happy planet icon

We’re constantly exploring ways to make our products and packaging more low impact and high value, which starts with using recycled fabrics in our Happy Planet Collection.

No matter how many toys they have, your kid’s favorite is inevitably a cardboard box. Inspired by our own kids, we’ve collected easy projects to turn packaging into playtime.

We care passionately about supporting families of all shapes and sizes, so we partner with non-profits that support family services.

High quality, low impact: That’s our commitment to you and your growing family. Our goal is to recycle over 10 million water bottles in the next 3 years through our Happy Planet Collection. Here’s how:

How Our Happy Planet Collection Fabrics Come to Life

As part of our commitment to Do More, we use some fabrics made with recycled water bottles. Single-use plastic water bottles are broken down into tiny chips. Those chips are then pressed into soft, weavable fibers. We use those fibers to weave the fabric for our Happy Planet Collection.

Our handpicked fabric vendor is Global Recycle Standard® certified and Oeko-Tex® Standard 100 system certified. They maintain a renewable energy certification and take great care to reuse waste water and rain water, reduce carbon and water footprint, and use energy-efficient looms and dyeing machines.
