Recommended Use
Rear-Facing Harness: 4-35 lb; Up to 32", head must be at least 1" below top of car seat STOP using this child restraint or base and throw it away 7 years after the date of manufacture. Children are safer riding rear-facing and should ride rear-facing as long as possible, until they reach the maximum rear-facing height or weight rating for their car seat. Century convertible and all-in-one car seats have higher rear-facing limits that will allow children to ride rear-facing longer after outgrowing their infant car seat. Be sure to check your local and state laws, as well as AAP and NHTSA recommendations, for car seat usage.* *Century Supports the American Academy of Pediatrics and National Highway Traffic Safety Administration's Car Seat Guidelines. Rated 2 out of 5 by from It looks nice, but im pretty upset I bought this carseat with the stroller and base combo for my baby a month before he was born, this week part of his carseat broke while taking it off of his stroller. Not what you expect to happen when your just lifting it off of the stroller.

The seat has great levelling system , that puts the mind at ease .The favorite thing is that it puts you're mind at ease knowing your child is in a A+ car seat with great ratings and reviews . The fabric being from recycled plastics saves the environment and lets you know that it can be recycled for some other new invention . As a part of the StellR pane I'm asked to give a rating but my rating is solely based on my thought of what I think others should know prior to purchasing . Even when I'm the public the people ask and I tell them and give recommendation.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good as a backup I was given this infant car seat to try as part of the Stellar Product Testing Panel. The seat is light and seems secure. I love that weight of it because with a toddler and a newborn, I can carry my newborn in it and not struggle as much while also holding my toddler’s hand. There’s a few things that could be better however, the base is relatively easy to install but knowing if it’s installed correctly is hard to tell because there is only a line that says “this line must be level with the ground.” Other car seats have the level which makes you feel confident that it’s installed in the correct position and safe with your baby. Another thing we were not crazy about was the fact that if the handle of the seat is up, the shade has to be up as well. This means that you can’t reach back from the front to put baby’s pacifier in or anything. I do love that the fabric is made from recycled materials and that makes me happy. Overall, it’s a good car seat as a backup but I’m not sure that I would use it in our everyday car.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Lightest of the Lightest Car Seat Of all the car seats I have tried in the past, this car seat by a long shot is the lightest I have carried. I tend to have large babies(11 pounds) so weight is a huge issue for me. Being under 8 pounds is so incredibly amazing! Any extra unnecessary weight from a car seat can be very frustrating for me or any parent. This was by far my absolute favorite feature with this car seat. The adjustable base truly helped have the most accurate fit in my vehicles(Chevy Traverse and Ford Flex). It fit well and was easy to install in both. I feel good knowing that this car seat fabric is made from recycled plastics as it helps our environment and makes use of something old new again, especially protecting a new little life. My husband and I both were a little frustrated with regards to the shade on the car seat. This would be the biggest and really only negative on this car seat for us. The shade is attached to the carry handle of the car seat. The way it is attached(solidly down the handle) makes it difficult to carry the car seat in any other way aside from the middle of the handle(as opposed to from the side to hold it on your hip). It also makes it difficult to hang any toys and the like on the handle for baby to play with. Having anything hanging from the center grip of the handle ends up smacking the baby in the face or blocking the view of the baby when looking trying to look in the mirror in the car. It is difficult to attach anything near the hinges of the handle and it is not possible to wrap anything around the handle as it is too far over for baby to interact with. I received this infant car seat from the Stellar Product Testing Panel for my honest opinion.
